Rolfson Oil is looking for a driven and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative in a growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals via phone, email, and other communication channels. You will work directly with our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. There will be additional administrative and support responsibilities within the department as this is an evolving position. Growth opportunities available!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pay: $75k per year

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate leads (identifying qualified clients)
- Cold call a minimum of 60+ calls per day
- Develop strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Track and navigate the full sales cycle
- Exceed and achieve sales goals
- Effectively utilize our CRM system to track leads, manage opportunities and report on sales performance
- Responsible for supporting sales leaders and daily operations of frac and drilling
- Generates a sales pipeline
- Become knowledgeable of all company products and services – able to articulate value proposition and counter common objections
- Stay informed about our process/services, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Liaison to the outside’s sales team and the corporate office, supporting the team to achieve goals
- Generate meetings with prospective customers
- 24-7 business, availability on call as needed
- Other administrative duties and projects and assigned
- Provent track record of success in a sales role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly reliable and willing to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with oil and gas, propane, and/or large equipment a plus
