Job Duties:

Execute progressive and effective recruiting initiatives.
Build a network to maintain a qualified pool of potential candidates in advance of need.
Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
Update applicant tracker in real time.
Efficiently and effectively fill all open positions.
Report suggestions for candidate recruiting.
Working understanding of the screening process/cross train in unassigned areas.
Become an expert user of recruiting platforms.
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in recruiting, sales, inside sales or customer service.
willing to work 10am-7pm schedule
4 year college degree is preferred.
Acceptable background and MVR
Pass drug test
Knowledge of labor and employment laws a plus
Ability to build rapport with applicants
Fast paced and assertive
Sales oriented
Detail oriented
Above average organizational skills
Above average written and verbal communication skills
